Gen z aren’t lazy the jobs have high expectations and only want the best and most perfect ones despite saying they are “hiring” I applied for 30-40 jobs the past 2 years and am finally getting a job. Also we have a rigged school system that doesn’t teach us how to be educated in economics and financial literacy or how to pay your taxes or drive a car and how to avoid getting in debts and the worst part it’s expected parents would teach the kids all these important stuff but parents don’t and then expect schools to do it.
