@Forthestate You want to try a surgery in an inner city area and see the shit that goes in there. My surgery are always sending texts and emails out warning patients that physical and verbal abuse won't be tolerated. People I know who use the Heaton Moor practice round the corner from me don't get anything like the texts and emails I get from mine. Only reason I can see for that being the case is down to the type of people who use both surgeries

@sandrajohnston1785 Can only tell you from my own experiences. The surgery I used in Wythenshawe for the first 38 years of my life progressively went downhill. I moved to Levenshulme and moved to a surgery there and it's full of trash. I moved to Heaton Moor and couldn't change surgery as I'm only a couple of miles from my surgery. I can categorically tell you a much better class of person uses the Heaton Moor practice. A lot less smack heads A lot less alcoholics and a lot less knuckle scrapers.
