@thefreedomguyuk I worked right through the panicdemic and every afternoon cycled the 4 miles home in glorious sunshine.....I didn't see anyone fighting back, saw plenty of people enjoying their extended vacation though all doing the sidewards shuffle and stepping out in front of me.

@thefreedomguyuk I just told you I worked through it, I didn't have any lockdown Also I met up with several of my older athletes four times a week for training sessions in a local park. I ignored it as much as possible. The streets may have been deserted where you were...they certainly weren't in the Heatons, Stockport It was like a sponsored walk

I couldn't touch my toes when I ran cross country for Cheshire and I ran 50-60 miles a week and did 3 weights/strength and conditioning sessions a week. Touching your toes is flexibility, f**k all to do with your fitness. Sure seriously obese people won't be able to. However plenty of overweight people can touch their toes
