@jon4539 it's actually pretty rigid, they want to know your daily movements within minutes. They allow 2 consecutive missed tests in case something causes you to be somewhere else, traffic delays, illness, emergency etc. An example Chris Froome went back down to the hotel restaurant because he'd left something there. The test team knocked on his hotel room door and found only his wife there and didn't wait. I told you they won't wait and it classes as a missed test. They randomly vist you as well as announced hits, that's why they require a detailed itinerary of your movements. Not actually that hard when you are an elite athlete who has a rigid lifestyle

@iamspartacus3114 they are still catching athletes from the 2012 games, apparently the testing facilities were a shambles. Read the Rodchenkov affair about the guy behind the Russian doping scandal. He said the London Olympics testing were an absolute joke

@jon4539 they don't wait for you, if you aren't where you are supposed to be they piss off and it's a missed test. Three of these on the run results in a doping ban

@bigglesbiggles4999 I think they were pointing out how over zealous our police can be. Example the two women out walking during the 2nd set of restrictions, they had a coffee each and were fined for having a picnic, 2 cups of coffee for Christ's sake. I watch a gypsy funeral procession down Wellington Road north during the first lockdown. Horse drawn carriage with the guest of honour and dozens of vehicles following it. That's what he's saying about the police, turn a blind eye to certain groups and come down on others

@bigglesbiggles4999 you don't seem too be able to grasp the point he was making, and we don't know if what Mo Farah is saying is true yet....so at the end of all this you may well find him despicable
