  3.  @brianterence3211  Look mate I can use reasonable force to defend myself, my family or my property. What constitutes reasonable force?. Overpowering an assailant. Now if I go a little bit to far and break his (or her, you never know) nose, I'm in the shit. So of course most laws have grey areas. But generally illegal does what it says on the tin. If you come over on a dinghy, you have entered the country illegally. As far as I'm concerned thats that. You may see it differently and of course that is your right and I respect that.
