@xisotopex I didn't see your first reply about the oceans. You'd think before they post they would make sure they were correct about something before posting. Your final paragraph is as likely a reason as any....aa you say though, not a peep

 @xisotopex Would you need to check the data to decide whether May 2020 was considerably hotter than May 2024?. The fact is for whatever reason the Met office isn't being truthful

@xisotopex I work outdoors and train outdoors and I can tell you I've worn my winter coat to training several times this May. Also bedding plant development is much slower than normal this year. So as far as I'm concerned anyone who says this May has been the warmest on record (even on average) is either mad, a fool or a liar.

@xisotopex Either is as bad as the other in the modern world, considering people automatically assume politicians, scientists, experts etc are generally lying through their teeth. It doesn't exactly inspire confidence
