I don't often disagree with Dave but on the point of the media turning on Biden because he ended this war i disagree. i don't believe the media is all wrapped into military industrial complex to the extent they are against ending wars from what i can tell the overwhelming number of media support ending the war but have turned on Biden because of the chaos and complete lack of planning evident in how this is playing out. the equipment the people, citizens and SIVs there should have been a much better plan to get it and them out of country. Personally i wish Trump and Biden had kept Bagram air base as part of the negotiations with Taliban for cease fire, so we will pull out all troops except skeletal numbers at this air base so that if things go to shit in re-constituting al-qaeda and/or ISIS-K we have a base of operations if needed
