  1. to push back a bit on JBP and Dr Woolridge I believe that diversity can be highly advantageous to companies, especially early stage startups in terms of cognitive diversity more than group identity diversity but that has advantages too.....coming at challenges from very diverse backgrounds and mindsets leads to synergies and unique solutions that otherwise if you have team of white male tech bro's who all went to stanford or MIT and grew up middle or upper middle class that would not be the case
