  1. The parents washed their hands of him and let society pay the price for their son’s crimes against innocent people but want a payout by claiming racism. We should be giving awards to the Daniel Pennys of the country but instead, prosecuting Penny is the reason why people won’t come forward to assist victims of crime.

  2. It really shouldn’t matter what the ethnicity, religion ,skin color or gender of either the person threatening the passengers or the person restraining the threatening person. Justice should be blind and based solely upon facts but that doesn’t seem important anymore.
