  1. They know exactly where the money is, but denial, obfuscation, don’t recall and don’t know are all used by other politicians to escape consequences for their actions. I am distressed by dropping a few coins in my car that disappear but I know exactly how much money I had. These people lose a billion dollars but have no idea where it is or if it was ever received. I guarantee that if I were to receive a billion dollars, I would be tracking it from the date it was processed and questioning why I never received it. The money obviously went to corrupt people including Zelensky himself or he would have been searching for it already.
