  1. It isn’t just mom’s who are narcissistic, dad’s can be as well. I ghosted my entire family over 40 years ago because you just can’t have contact with some members who then pressure you to get back in touch with the parents even though they are miserable having to deal with them. It was like a weight lifting off my shoulders and over the years I listen to friends complaining and dread having to see or talk to their own mostly mom’s and it makes me grateful that I made the right decision.
