  1. I make my own yogurt and custard, I have sourdough starter to make my bread that has dairy and use milk in other products as I make meals from scratch to avoid other additives. I definitely don’t want more modified food especially when it’s going to cause an increase in price. I deal with multiple allergies and autoimmune diseases but fortunately, dairy is not an issue.
