  1. Elaine had been a respected attorney prior to this trial and my thought was that she was blind sided by Amber’s lies, accepting them at face value. With her immediate post trial interviews, my opinion shifted to that she expected to win and boost her own career because of the UK case without putting in the effort that Johnny’s team used to prepare. Elaine just looked inept and out of her league and is now trying to save her own career.
