  4.  @janvanhoyk8375  that's not entirley true we all know other nations play in the politics of socities. its never just "up to the people" that view seems extremely naive and disconnects the realities of the ground with out things actually work. the people for sure have a huge role, maybe the largest but your not just fighting your gov your also fighting geopolitical elements that you can't even imagine until 'history' revels its secrets and horrors
