  1. It's not THAT that your are learning. Your classes are made to expose you to different subjects and challenge you so you learn how to learn. Teachers are not there to playback a lesson, they are guides. It's less true for higher level where you go only to learn the material. But at the level shown, the material is an excuse to practice the art of learning. And the teachers can't just explain how to learn because each its own! When I graduated, they literally said: "Don't think you know anything, that's now that you will start to learn".
