  1. There is an error in the video, we don't really vote in Belgium. It's closer to a consultation. Belgium vote is more like expressing a desire. The people in power can decide what to do with the votes and even decide to invalidate the result by forming no government for months/years and forcing back a government of their choosing. It's a bit weird, but it gives at least the impression that people have a say. 7.64 on the democracy scale. (1= democracy, 0=dictatorship)
