When I was a kid, I noticed that most other kids got excited/agitated when it rained. This is because when it rains, we are more alert. It's an evolution trait from when we had predators. Rain is liberating odour in the soil, masking odours of predators. The drops make noise, masking the noise of predator. So, our whole body get ready in case there is a need to act promptly. Some people naturaly keep their control, other channel that through agitation and excitement. And notice that I didn't specify a skin color or any other characteritic, because it's a human traits. We have so much knowledge at our fingertips, yet people know less than those who had to learn from books at the library or through monthly issues of magazines.
