  1. Lol, "I don't know." was one of my kill switch in interview. You could be the best in the world, I always find a question where I know the answer is "I don't know". If the candidate BS is way through, it's a NO GO. (tough, I accept the "I would have to Google it") I find that important because those people will bring a big debt to the company they work for: misleading everyone until one lie get uncovered and the whole castle of cards falls. And yes, I had managers complain I was too hard on candidates and that they would never find the right one. Then we get an hire and the guy outperforms ^^ I never, ever got a disappointing candidate. Now, I was kind of "cheating" as it was internal recruitment on a subject I master; Typical recruiters process 10 times more candidates in various fields.
