The two first criterion can swap place depending on confidence/apparent toughness. It's also important that the places in the room are irrelevant to what you need to do, study rooms are the best match. When you look at auditorium, things are a bit more complex as "rows" are more or less valuable depending on people personality. Though, you can still see the presence of the base criterion.
