Well occasionally crunching is NORMAL. When it's planned and regular, it's abnormal. If more work has been done, pay has to follow. That's also why we are not paid equally. Advocating equality (SJW stuff) and regular crunching are both stupid. Company get more out of your work ? You should get paid more. You slack, you should get less. Easy! Equality is when owner is able to say: He did X, it's worth Y. The only place I saw equal pay, it's in gov employment and almost everyone slack. There is no incentive to get better. And few overwork because they have work ethics. What a shitty world!
