  1. They don't ask if you cheated, they simply say you did OR that you will not be working properly with the group due to the big difference. I once went for psycho-technical tests (not IQ) and it happens that IQ can give you a big edge on such tests. So, I did breeze through the questions then had to wait. They took my papers first and called me to their office were they asked how I knew the answers and that IF I really did answer all that without cheating, then the training wasn't suitable for me because I was out of range; Would learn too fast and be annoyed. That was a risk they didn't want to take as some people becomes themselves annoyances. There was no recourse. Then decided I should fake it, but frankly abhor it. So, I ended up crying in another place and explaining how stupid it was because I could train myself, but it was not enough for companies as they want you to follow a training. Training I couldn't follow, because I wasn't in the range. So, they accepted me and I became "assistant". These kind of problems can really happen to gifted people, but it's far from what he depict: no interrogation, pure dismissal 😁
