I had to go to public baths for few months and it was quite scary because of the people. Lot of weird crazy ones who did groan and make various grunt noises. And it was like 30 minutes away from where I had to live. To top it, I also had to learn bits of the law to win my case with the landlord, so I spent time in bars to work on it. So, I think it's doable to live there ^^

That's so sad! We had arcades here and then in a few years, they disappeared. Even the machines that were in various bars vanished. It can't even be attributed to consoles, because it was very different. Both on an hardware level and social level.
