  1. Trump keeps bullshitting about NATO. There's a formula for how much each country pays, for purely NATO operations, and every country is paying what they're supposed to. What he keeps referring to is the percent of GDP spending those countries spend on their total military budget. Sure, the US spends 4% of their GDP on their total military budget, but a ton of that has absolutely nothing to do with NATO. Fucking about in the ME has nothing to do with NATO.
