@whyamimrpink78 So there was a 4 month window, where Kennedy's replacement was a Democrat, and you had to count Lieberman as a guaranteed vote, to say Obama had a supermajority. Rofl, okay.

@hellofellowhumans9353 Kennedy had a seizure right out of the gate. He wasn't replaced with another Dem until a month after he died. There was a whole 4 month window before he was then replaced with a Republican. And then you still have to count independent Lieberman, who screwed everyone on the ACA, as an actual Dem, to make the claim Obama had a brief supermajority. And, on minimum wage specifically, that's ignoring that there were dickheads, similar to Manchin, at the time, like Mark Pryor, who opposed more minimum wage increases.
