  1.  Simon Farre  Sweden is 24th in deaths per million. Germany is 66th. Sweden's second wave is breaking its first wave case numbers by over 300%.

  2.  Simon Farre  That is, not at all, "logical". Having a law against drinking and driving doesn't guarantee no accidents, but it does reduce the odds of accidents. And, even with a drinking and driving law, a busy highway is going to end up having more accidents than a less busy highway. That's why multiple safety measures are suggested, including distancing and not gathering in large numbers, rather than a just wear a mask mandate. Businesses dodge those measures by claiming they're essential, not by claiming masks will 100% protect their workers. Nobody should be taking covid advice from Sweden.
