@michelbisson6645 Trump was not the first in the world to ban travel from China. He did not even ban travel from China. He stopped foreigners from coming from China, and let thousands of Americans to come back from China. As is clearly obvious, a travel ban alone isn't overly effective. Canada is in the middle of the road, for covid responses, but had 700 fewer deaths per million, which is about 230k extra deaths in the US. All the other countries had the same info out of China.
