  1. The kind of anarcho-capitalism he's pushing has been done before. Beyond the borders of the Roman Empire, cattle was currency. Large land owners sprung up with their own private armies and no government above them. They did whatever they wanted. The same happened on the Western frontier, where rich cattle barons hired their own private armies of Cowboys and threw their weight around. Only governments of the people, with their own militaries and law enforcement, put an end to it. Anarcho-capitalism is feudalism.
