@uncomfortabletruth5915 You basically just doubled down arguing denazification is "fascism", which is nonsensical. Zero democrats have promoted a 100% publicly owned and operated economy. None are promoting policies that would even move the US left of Denmark, which is centrism, at most. That's not even in the same universe as all out communism. Republicans, on the other hand, just tried to overthrow the democratic process to install an unelected dictator. Many of them do want all out fascism. If you think you're actually in the middle of two extremes, then you're pretty right wing, because the US Overton window really only goes from center to the extreme right.

@uncomfortabletruth5915 By your "logic" denazification is fascism. That's nonsensical.

@uncomfortabletruth5915 Seems like you have severe reading comprehension problems, on top of being illogical. I said that your "logic" equates to calling denazification "fascism", which is nonsensical. Banning things, even a political ideology, doesn't equate to fascism. I didn't call you a Nazi, but you are obviously pretty right wing. You're the one claiming people who don't agree with you are fascists, here.

@uncomfortabletruth5915 Nope. Also not what I said. You said a poster sounded like a fascist because they said outlawing behavior stopped it from being normalized. Denazification outlawed certain behavior. Your generalization is nonsensical. Then you doubled down, by saying your issue is outlawing political ideologies, which Nazism is, and which denazification did. Your generalization was still nonsensical.

@uncomfortabletruth5915 You seem confused. Are they fascists or authoritarian communists? Make up your mind. Btw, isn't it Republicans that are trying to rewrite textbooks?
6
@uncomfortabletruth5915 So you would be fine with outlawing a political ideology you personally agreed was extreme? What is it you don't consider extreme about tens of millions of Republicans, the majority of Republican lawmakers in congress, and the Republican president (who is still the Republican frontrunner for 2024, along with his equally nutjob son), trying to overthrow the democratic process to keep an unelected ruler in power?
6
@uncomfortabletruth5915 You didn't really answer my question. The majority of the Republican voices are now wingnuts that would be happy overthrowing the democratic process. If they're extreme, then what's extreme about banning them? If they're not extreme, then how so?

@uncomfortabletruth5915 So, lock up all the Republican politicians that tried to overthrow the democratic process, instead of banning their bullshit from social media, and such? Ok.
