  2.  @AvatarFanUno  Yeah, he has his blinders on, when it comes to other religions. He also doesn't judge Christians globally, like he does with Muslims. He straw mans, pretending like the WBC are the worst of modern Christians, meanwhile tens of thousands of people are persecuted, even killed, for being "witches", in Christian parts of Africa, and Brazil has become the most dangerous place on the planet to be gay.

  3.  @kgt7500  Everyone has conversations and gives their opinions on stuff. If that's all the op is referring to, then everyone has "done" stuff. He seemed to be implying that Harris deserves recognition for having "done" something special. What?

  4.  @joshmccaw2777  Only if you're using lower case "l" libertarian, and referring to left libertarian. Capital "l" American Libertarians, on the other hand, are right wing Ayn Randian types. They're just not as authoritarian as fascists, but both are right wing.

  5.  Ian Miles  Get the nation together for what though? Fascists were backed by leading industrialists, large land owners, and most religious leaders. They were leaders in privatization, turning public tax dollars into private profits. They destroyed unions, and argued against the class struggle, telling workers to just accept their lot in life and work hard to try and better themselves and the country, rather than trying to fight the rich. So, they were also capitalists, just crony capitalists ... corporatists ... designing the system to make the rich richer. Ayn Randian Libertarians readily ally themselves with authoritarian crony capitalists, all the time. Hardly mortal enemies. And, Nazi style exterminations aren't a requirement for fascism. Nazis took the nationalism and national identity to the extreme, and got rid of those who didn't fit that identity. Wasn't quite the same in Italy or Spain.

  6.  Ian Miles  Some? They were backed by most of the leading industrialists in their countries. Yes, they were definitely isolationist, "Germany first!" types, but that doesn't make them anti-capitalist, any more than current "America first!" Republicans, who have more than a few Ayn Rand spouters in their party, could be called anti-capitalist. They're simply crony capitalists.
