@larshofler8298 Except they never were "public". They were always private clubs, with rules you agree to, to join the club. Simply being large doesn't magically make them "public". Who owns them is what makes them public, or not public. Would you like to see them publicly owned and operated, so they are actually "public"?

@larshofler8298 Oh, you did answer, 3 replies later. If it's not state owned, then you can't take them to court for violating your first amendment rights. If it's run by direct democracy, then the majority get to decide what gets banned, what doesn't, and can't violate your rights. That would still be considered privately owned, by the government, and when it comes to rights.

The guy literally got paid by Peter Thiel funded Rumble, to join their platform. He's basically collecting cheques from one of the largest MAGA donors who, ironically, made his billions helping the government spy on people, which Greenwald claimed to be opposed to.
