While there are some similarities, because they're both authoritarian, it's the difference between a government take over of business (communism) and a business takeover of government (fascism).

  2. Libertarian and ancap are extreme, have been done before, and failed for most people. An ancap environment just leads to feudalism. A Libertarian environment leaves the poor uneducated and without healthcare, unless they can find a sponsor, and/or tossed into some kind of workhouse (Gilded Age, Victorian Age).

  3. ​ @jasonpk2267  Ironic, since the people right wingers call "commies", haven't put forward any policies that would move the US left of Denmark. Meanwhile, they've supported overthrowing the democratic process, in the US at least, to try and install an unelected dictator ... making them objectively fascist.

  5.  @zenbear9952  They were definitely corrupted, but taking a revolution style approach is supposed to go through a phase of dictatorship, and state owned is a form of "socialized". They just never gave up the dictatorship.

  8. Yes, we do. I'm not talking about them making rules for how things should run. I'm talking about when they own public schools, own the NHS or the primary form of health insurance, nationalize and own resources, or whatnot. Real world centrism is in the center, between all out capitalism and all out socialism. An evenly mixed economy, is a mix of half capitalism and half socialism. Yes, I already said they were corrupted, and didn't give up their dictatorship, but a dictatorship is part of the revolutionary path. You know right libertarians also argue fascism isn't true capitalism, yeah?
