Or "resisting" by reaching for your wallet that the cop asked you to reach for, and then the cop shooting you? "Resisting" by laying flat out on your stomach in handcuffs, and still get a knee to the back of the neck, until your dead? "Resisting" by being shot in the back and then having a gun planted beside you? Etc.
