@JoKo203 A true snake oil salesman will be telling you they are selling you something that benefits your health when, in fact, they are selling you something completely useless or harmful. Jimmy claims he's for universal healthcare, but then promotes taking the worst possible path to get it, or even a path that will lose what's currently covered. He's a right wing grifter.
