@youtubemoderationtaskforce5583 You're really trying your best to defend your white supremacist friends. You downplay number of attempts, and numbers of people involved, in favor of total deaths, which could just show others are better at it, or that white supremacists are stupid. You downplay intent, as if a desire to kill one other person is totally the samesies as a desire to get rid of another race. You downplay targets, with a number of white supremacists just being involved in trying to overthrow the government.

@youtubemoderationtaskforce5583 Not assuming anything. It's pretty clear, that you're making a defense. I was talking attempts, or thwarted attempts, not simply violence that doesn't lead to deaths, nor simply thinking without acting. White supremacists make far more attempts than Muslim extremists. Attempting, but failing, to murder is still trying to kill someone, and isn't simply an assault, or whatnot. Getting caught plotting to murder people is planning to kill people, not simply having a praiseworthy thought crime. And, again, a terrorist threat would be more of a threat to the nation, and not simply the individuals living in it. Targetting a governor, targetting the Capitol, etc., are more of a threat to keeping the government functioning. "Terrorism" isn't simply about causing terror, it includes doing it to achieve a political outcome. Gangs fighting, or a spouse killing their spouse, aren't trying to achieve political outcomes.
