  1. The only problem is with his conclusion and response. It's the federal government that can afford to pay people to stay home but doesn't. It's the state government trying to get a grip on the virus. He's rebelling against the state government, and potentially spreading a deadly disease, possibly killing people, because of the failures of the federal government. His aim is off.
