Isn't she one of those "Hollywood elites" that they keep telling to shut up and stay out of politics?
21
@crogers4912 Yeah, yeah, move to red states, that tend to have higher firearm mortality rates, higher homicide rates, higher poverty rates, lower minimum wages, poorer education outcomes, poorer healthcare outcomes, etc.
18
You skipped mentioning the middle man Saagar. He was hired through the Pinkerton agency. They're the ones the news station had a contract with. They're the ones who sent a security guard whose license had expired. You make it sound like the news station just up and hired some random guy to play security guard for them, directly.
17
@fayebrown914 You're insane.
14
@jon petcoff No, the person claiming Trump is exposing decades of widespread voter fraud, is insane. He claimed the same thing in 2016. He set up his own election integrity commission. They found nothing of the sort. He proved himself to be a spewer of baseless bullshit. He has been proven to be a grifter in a court of law. He and daddy were fined for being fraudsters. Anyone who believes anything Trump says is a complete nutbar.
14
Stop going by this year's exit polls, ffs. They'll be as skewed as in person vs mail in voting was. If a higher percentage of Trump supporters voted in person, then the exit poll will show a higher percentage of a demographic voting for Trump than is actually the case, when you factor in mail in voting. Years of Pew surveys show Republicans have made zero headway with black and Hispanic Americans.
13
But hardly anyone is going to be a bootstrap outlier. Even amongst those who try to pull themselves up by the bootstraps, the successful ones are a minority. 50% of small businesses fail within 5 years, 70% fail within 10 years, the vast majority of workers don't get that single promotion up for grabs, etc. Most people get stuck in the same economic class they were born into. The "American Dream" is dying, with the US being one of the worst developed countries for upward mobility. Letting the government get away with doing nothing to make conditions better for people, will just perpetuate the situation.
12
@IndustryStandard2004 Attempting to appease everyone isn't a fence sitter, it's a bullshitter.
12
Did he celebrate the 34.3% decrease, in the second quarter?
11
Dumpty's covid relief went to big business.
11
Rofl, the anti-authoritarian small government Republicans making it impossible to shrink government budgets for the authorities? Makes sense.
10
Saagar: I'm never going to trust polling again. Saagar: Here, look at this exit poll. (This year's exit polls will be as skewed as election day voting. They're largely useless.)
10
@januarysson5633 Rofl, she's a Qanoner. Of course she would.

Margaret Lilley Bezos claims $80k a year in income. Billionaires live off lines of credit taken out against the value of their stock shares. When they do cash in shares, it's usually when they have the option to buy lower, and they end up making money out of the deal. The average person doesn't make money off of paying taxes.
9
You mean when he intentionally had drive in rallies, specifically to not pack as many people as possible into confined spaces?
9
@ajr993 It wasn't about rent, liar. It was about a racist law that allows Jews, but not Palestinians, to reclaim property owned before 1948. Those Palestinians were given abandoned property by Jordan, just like Israel gave tons and tons of abandoned property to its citizens, and have been on it for decades.
9
Right-wing "cancel culture" hypocrisy exposed by ... centuries of religious conservative types cancelling an endless list of things, people, and behavior, that they didn't like.
9
Putin's nickname is "The Butcher of Grozny", ffs. I thought he was proud to be a killer.
9
voi vod He's trying to have millions of valid votes tossed out, and steal an election. Republican judges chastised his legal team over it.
9
People have to operate in the environment they exist in, dimwit.
8
Does he not know that the Smithsonian Institution is actually multiple museums, that already include some museums dedicated to Native Americans, African Americans, Asian art, ... ?
8
Real Progressives Allowed You're the one who said her defense was "free speech", dumb dumb. That's not a defense for defamation.
8
@foxtrot789 Why didn't Trump, or his cult, think it was suspicious that the election day votes heavily skewed towards Trump? Why weren't they checking voting machines for anomalies? Because it wasn't suspicious. He encouraged his cult to vote in person. The other side encouraged voting by mail during a pandemic. It should be equally not suspicious that mail in voting heavily skewed towards Biden.
8
@traviswilliams2010 Do you expect socialists to starve to death, rather than buy food in stores, or some stupid shit?
7
@current_interest He didn't prepare for it. He downplayed it. He mocked guidelines. The US trace testing rate has been pretty pathetic. He just bullies and fighs with everyone, instead of pulling them together and working together. Promoting being like Sweden (also in the top 20 for covid deaths per capita), rather than promoting being like Vietnam, New Zealand, Australia, or other countries that have done it right. ...
7
@crogers4912 Alaska has the highest firearm mortality rate. Which Democrat run city is to blame?
7
Just like the empathy and understanding for the urban poor, yeah?
7
@CaptainYesz Well, it is owned by Trump's corporate buddy.
7
@fayebrown914 Oh shit, we hit the Q motherlode!
7
@bce5726 What kind of nonsensical analogy is that?
6
The Smithsonian is already 20 museums, dimwit.
6
@Lorenzconnok Rofl. Peterson is an idiot.
6
@chunkyMunky329 You're just lying. There was continued ethnic cleansing under Trump, and about 70k new colonizers, in the West Bank. UN: "The Commission of Experts added that these practices can “… constitute crimes against humanity and can be assimilated to specific war crimes. Furthermore, such acts could also fall within the meaning of the Genocide Convention.”"
6
Or maybe your a delusional cultist.
6
No, because he has nothing really to do with the investigation and any decisions to indict. His "plan" was to rescue the guy from Iran, try and paint Gaetz as some kind of hero, and then hope that would get Gaetz a pardon, or something. He doesn't actually have the power to make the legal issues go away, either. It was some kind of major gamble, but not really extortion.
6
@Gawanipony 3 Isn't that her career? Taking clearly guilty people and blowing smoke up people's asses, hoping they don't find them guilty ... or, in this case, taking someone who clearly lost and blowing smoke up people's asses, hoping they don't find them to have lost.
6
Republican state legislatures, in these states, not changing the mail in vote counting rules was part of this problem. It was stupid of them to not allow early processing of ballots, like all the other states.
6
@itsokaytobeclownpilled5937 No, she didn't find any election fraud. PV have been found to be full of shit on multiple occasions. The witnesses who say they don't have any grounds for their claims, when they make it to court? The "witnesses" from online "affidavit" gathering that Trump lawyers had to admit, in court, produced a lot of bullshit and spam, and the judge didn't consider reliable? Even AG Barr went out of his way to say the DoJ would investigate any significant cases of voter or election fraud, and is now saying that no evidence of it has been presented to them. You're a nutbar, as well.
6
The Hill is owned by a close friend of Trump and Giuliani.
5
@mimzyjinx8142 The right doesn't have a problem with marching alongside racists, I think you meant to say.
5
Real Progressives Allowed "Free speech" isn't, at all, an explanation as to how what you said wasn't defamation. Someone simply thinking what they said was legal isn't a defense against it being illegal. A defense is arguing how it was legal, not illegal.
5
Except it should be expected. The guy put zero effort into informing himself as to how a VAT actually works, who it actually taxes. And yet built his major policy around it. He would have had money funneling to the very top faster than ever before.
5
@Sheep #5491 Rofl. The "hearings" are a shit show.
5
@bradleyriles3889 How is $1.9t bigger than $2.3t, dumb dumb?
5
@crogers4912 Rural reading levels are below urban and suburb reading levels. Rural kids don't go to college as much. Which Democrat cities are to blame?
5
You're a loon.
5
@jon petcoff That's an oxymoron.
5
@traviswilliams2010 Most congresspeople also have to maintain 2 households. So, you expect her to run campaigns on her salary?
4
@Btdenn123 Trade and taxes? Since his first budget tax plan kicked in, and he started his trade wars, at the beginning of 2018, even his favorite measure (the stock market) says he sucks. It has only grown 4000 points since then. He doesn't know how tariffs work. Other nations are just leaving the US out of new trade deals. Regulatory? What's good about deregulating health, safety, and environmental standards? Foreign policies? He's dropping more bombs than Obama. He hasn't ended the endless wars. Allies dislike him. Iran and N Korea are following their nuclear programs unsupervised. Assassinations are pushing things to the brink with Iran, a much more populated, and more developed, country than Afghanistan or Iraq (after a decade long siege). Immigration? Why? What good do you think his immigration policies have done?
4
@crogers4912 Profits are what's left after debits and credits are calculated. If there are massive profits, then there is money to pay people more. If your company is teatering on the edge, so close that they can't give a $1/hr raise, then you might want keep your feelers out for another job.
