  1. No. They're more like a community clubhouse with a newspaper/magazine rack, and a community bulletin board. They don't publish the newspapers or magazines, and they don't publish what people are sticking up on the bulletin board. But, they have every right to take down whatever they don't want posted on the bulletin board, in their clubhouse. They also have every right to pick and choose what magazines and newspapers they want to order, to put on their rack. If you don't like it, go to some other clubhouse.

  2. How can a private company "censor" you on their private property? Me not letting an Armageddon preacher come in and scream at my customers, doesn't constitute "censorship". Just stop using Facebook, if you don't like it.
