@current_interest He didn't prepare for it. He downplayed it. He mocked guidelines. The US trace testing rate has been pretty pathetic. He just bullies and fighs with everyone, instead of pulling them together and working together. Promoting being like Sweden (also in the top 20 for covid deaths per capita), rather than promoting being like Vietnam, New Zealand, Australia, or other countries that have done it right. ...

@tonyz4292 If you can tell me how those debunk multiple studies showing that mask use has helped slow the spread, and debunks the fact that countries with higher tests per confirmed case rates have contained the virus much better and flattened their curves quicker, sure. Go ahead.

@tonyz4292 Ok, countries that quickly adopted mass mask use, consistently had slower spreads. Countries that test dozens, hundreds, of people per confirmed case, consistently flatten their curves faster, and even totally contain the virus. You said nothing that shows anything different.

Yeah, it's a miniscule percentage in the grand scheme of 150m votes, that's usually handled quietly, behind the scenes, instead of making a big bullshit production out of it, and holding up the transition over it. Trump is just wasting everyone's time.

@justaguy9496 Well, being "immune" isn't a force field. It's having antibodies to fight it off quickly, if you do get it again. There's still a possibility of being able to carry it around, briefly, and infect others. Just like kids can still infect others, even though they seem to be able to fight it off relatively easily and quickly.

@The Hierophant Recounts have changed things by a few hundred votes beefore. Going to court over a very close race, that a recount might have changed, is completely different than taking all kinds of baseless bullshit to court, the vast majority of which won't even change the outcome.
