  1. Americans have been going by the AP call since 1948, with certification being just a formality. Trump went by the AP call in 2016. Even this election, as early as election night, Trump has been using the AP call for states they called for him. Ivanka congratulated daddy when the AP called Alaska for him. The spoiled brat is only not accepting the AP calls that go against him.
