  1. If you notice the date, when the US housing prices went down, it's because we didn't have that 2008 housing market crash, or banking crisis, here in Canada. Our recession wasn't quite as bad. So, there's both bad, and good, that goes with that. A lot of Americans lost their homes, due to foreclosure, which didn't happen here. We definitely need to provide more affordable housing, though. This is unsustainable.
