  1.  Shadow Skull  What the ... ? It's the US that wants prices higher, because North American oil costs more for US corporations to extract. Prices went up when the US invaded Iraq and was in control of the country, and had a toe in OPEC, not down. They don't give two shits about costs to the average American.
