Like what? What would a 100% guaranteed to fail performance art vote have gotten you? Pelosi introduced the M4A bill last session. It died in committees, where 90% of bills die. She has already reintroduced it this session. It is in committees again. If Dore knobs had any brains, they'd be pressuring committee members to take up the bill, instead of bitching about people who have increased the number of M4A yes votes in congress, and were just trying to add another in Nina Turner, who Dore abandoned.

Learn basic math. There are zero extra votes to be gained to the left of the party. It is absolutely impossible to pass a bill, if you lose too many votes from the right end of the party. At the other end, there is the entire Republican party to try and draw extra votes from to the right of the party. If you push a bill far enough right, so that you pick up enough Republican votes, then you can pass bills without needing the squad's votes. The amount of leverage is not samesies, dumb dumb.
