  1. C'mon Cenk. Ted Cruz didn't have to naturalize, because he was considered American by birth. His mother had not given up her American citizenship. This has been to court multiple times, and Cruz won. He won, because the courts ruled he was American, by birth, due to his mother being an American citizen. He did not win by the courts saying it doesn't matter, just as long as he's a citizen, of any kind.
