  1. ​@MrGriff305 The American "culture" is absorbing Dutch colonies, absorbing Spanish colonies, having other immigrants speaking a wide variety of languages, and having Native Americans who speak a variety of languages. It is a very mixed bag of cultures. Italian restaurants don't come from Essex. Cajun doesn't originate in Cornwall. Why do you have to take away other people's cultures to have your own culture?
