  1. ​ @bl4ckkn1g8t5  Medicaid expansion was part of the ACA, dumb dumb. But, thanks to Republican judges on the supreme court, it was ruled that it had to be optional for states. The federal government couldn't make them. There are like 10 states, all with Republican legislatures, that haven't signed up for Medicaid expansion. So, whether it's the judges, or the state legislatures, yes, it's Republicans' fault.
