When his casinos were failing, daddy also purchased over $3m in chips, and didn't cash them in ... for which, Dumpty and daddy were fined for gaming fraud. And these little loans, indicate Dumpty was so incompetent, that he no longer had the tens of millions he had received from daddy, or that he was so much in debt, that it blew through his monthly salary and allowance. His daddy also needed to co-sign his bank loans, so those were actually loans to daddy, which he was loaning to his son. Not to mention the almost $200m he got when daddy died. If he robbed his siblings, even more. That he's possibly not even worth $1b, today, after being handed all that money, means he's incompetent (he was also fined $10.5m for improper bookkeeping at his casinos, so either incompetent or crooked).
