  1. "Murder" is a legal term. If it's legal, then it's never "murder". Executions aren't "murder". Self-defense isn't "murder". Wars aren't "murder". Legal assisted suicides are not "murder". It's just a fact that anyone calling the legal taking of any life "murder" is simply dishonest or ignorant. They make a circular argument, saying abortion is wrong because it's "murder", when "murder" is already saying it's wrong. What they should be doing is arguing why it's wrong and should be considered "murder".
