@Kellan McDonald Holy fuck, you are such a lying twat. The bill of rights was based on the British bill of rights, that already existed, and now plenty of countries have bills of rights. The US didn't come up with anything unique, and is now only unique in their level of stupidity, amongst other developed countries.
