  1. Knew some idiot going around, for months, saying he had had covid so had "natural immunity" and was safe to be around. But, he had a lingering cough. Turned out he had covid pneumonia, the whole time. You're contagious as long as you have pneumonia.

If the virus wasn't so widespread, in the first place, there'd be a lot less total people dying, now. Up to date vaccines are still considered 80-95% effective, depending on the variant. 85% of those being hospitalized and dying are unvaccinated.
