@Ursus Americanus So you're psycho. Good to know.

@Ursus Americanus What leftist force?
2
@MELESAKUEHN Which of the other developed countries is massacring their own people?

@Ursus Americanus Ah, so when you go to a rally with white nationalists, in Portland, you're worried about your safety? Do you have an example of leftist cops using leftist force outside the law? You said you wouldn't be breaking the law.

Everyone, except psychos that would like to see a Fat Man sold in Walmart, believes in arms control, including the courts. The debate should be where, and why, to draw the line.

@Kevin the Duck Wrong what, dumbass? You think sane people would like to see a mini nuke launcher sold at Walmart? Pretty sure that makes you wrong. Less gun deaths overall has little to do with the fact that states with better gun control laws tend to have lower firearm mortality rates. And the US has the highest rate compared to other developed countries with better gun control laws. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/pressroom/sosmap/firearm_mortality/firearm.htm

@Kevin the Duck Oh geezus, you're dumber than a stump. The CDC is biased, and the sources you didn't produce at all aren't? Rofl

@Kevin the Duck Households with guns have actually gone down some, moron. Gun purchases going up means there are a bunch of other morons, probably like you, that are buying multiple guns. https://news.gallup.com/poll/1645/Guns.aspx

Because they have a US gun trafficking problem. Most of Canada's illegal guns are from the US, as well.

@DeepPackChopra Lol, I'm fine with what we're doing here in Canada, shit for brains. Whatever we're doing is working a lot better than your bullshit. It's working better in all developed countries. Even US states with tighter gun laws tend to do better than states without. And, you know there are tons of successfully well regulated goods, and banned goods, right?

@DeepPackChopra Red states tend to have the highest firearm mortality rates. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/pressroom/sosmap/firearm_mortality/firearm.htm Red states even tend to have higher homicide rates. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/pressroom/sosmap/homicide_mortality/homicide.htm Hrrrm, there seems to be a correlation between being poorly educated and being dumbasses about gun control ... https://www.insider.com/us-states-public-education-system-ranked-us-news-world-report-2019-4

@DeepPackChopra Most of the top 10 used rifles or a rifle/pistol combo. If the point is to reduce the numbers per shooting, the numbers seem to go down without rifles involved. When pistol wielding cops call in SWAT, they don't get more pistol wielding cops. They get rifle wielding cops. Rifles are considered more deadly weapons.

@DeepPackChopra And, the example is for arms control. We know arms control works for many types of arms. If someone wanted to kill as many people as possible, and grenades were as easy to get as guns, there'd be a lot more grenades used. Gangs getting their hands on a cache of old Balkan war grenades, isn't as easy as walking into Walmart, and isn't an endless supply. Do you think that any incident involving a banned weapon proves the ban is a failure? Or do you accept the fact that well regulated, or banned, weapons being used less indicates the regulation or ban is successful?
